"From the beginning, Jon stood out from the other officiants we spoke to thanks to his listening, understanding, and eloquence. He was incredibly responsive and detail-oriented throughout the entire planning process. (My name is notoriously hard to pronounce, and I often use it as a metric for how well people pay attention to introductions. He got my name correct from the very first phone call!) During the ceremony, his remarks were spot on and perfectly suited the tone we wanted. Even in this day and age, I was worried that our same-sex marriage would be problematic for some officiants.
